”Window to Finland” in Dubai
The photograph became a bright and enjoyable view.
”Window to Finland”-work was an installation located in the VIP and conference area of the Finnish National Pavilion in Expo Dubai 2020.
The otherwise windowless and enclosed office space suddenly became alive with a familiar Finnish summer place feeling, thanks to a large panoramic photograph presented on SAUHU Photo LightWalls.
The image was simple yet iconic, typical lakeside scenery from a cottage sauna porch on a lazy summer day. The calm water and lush greenery profoundly contrasted the hot and arid Gulf region, as also did the space, a calm and peaceful haven amid the busy fair ground. Thus, the ambiance was relaxed, rid of distractions and tuned for inspirational thoughts.

Depth effect:
This Finnish lake view was in the Finland Expo pavilion VIP section. It totally changed the spatial perception of the viewer.
It is creating a feeling of much larger space and the depth effect is genuine.
You can comfortably rest your eyes on it, look into the horizon and relax.
Atmosphere:
Photographs presented with Sauhu Photo Displays provided context to ”The Imperial Treasures of China” amazingly featuring them in the Forbidden City setting.
For exhibition visitors the experience was impressive and genuinely inspiring.

LightWalls save 97,3 % electricity in comparison to same size video screens.
Sauhu is environmentally friendlier with very few electrical components whose manufacturing requires lots of chemicals, heavy metals and depletes rare earth minerals. Video screens need a lot of maintenance because easily broken segments. They have relatively short lifespan and then become waste.
